About Our Shipping

  • We ship by FedEx ground and occasionally by the United States Postal Service because FedEx will not deliver to a USPS PO box.
  • All orders over $99 (excluding AnyTime Drinks) receive free shipping in the continental US.
  • Orders between $50.00 and 98.99 have a standard shipping rate of $8.50 in the continental US.
  • Orders of $49.99 and below have a standard shipping rate of $4.50 in the continental US.
  • Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and all US territories will require an additional $20 freight shipping fee.
  • We presently cannot accept orders for shipment outside of the United States.

Shipping Advisory

During summer months, we ship heat-sensitive chocolate products only during the first few days of the week to avoid shipping storage over weekends in hot warehouses or trucks. In addition, we attach heat avoidance shipping labels to these chocolate product packages. However, we cannot be responsible for melting of chocolate products while in transit despite our best efforts to reduce weather-related problems. Please notify us of the best location that our shipping agents should use when delivering your package to avoid melting of the contents by heat or damage by other extreme weather conditions. We cannot accept returns or provide credit on any shipment of protein bars or other chocolate product altered by heat or other weather condition.

Product Appearance

Should you receive any chocolate containing product which has melted due to the heat, simply unpack the carton contents and place the product boxes in your refrigerator for 45-60 minutes. The soft chocolate will regain its original consistency and retain all its nutritional value, even if the appearance may be somewhat altered.

In addition, some milk chocolate coverings of some nutritional bars undergo what is termed blooming. Blooming is the whitish change in the dark chocolate color that comes from separation of the ingredients within the chocolate. This whitish covering is not necessarily an indication of an old product; blooming may occur rather soon, depending on temperature and humidity. There should be no alteration of taste or consistency of products with blooming.

Product Dating

Our product manufacturers do not record product dates in a consistent manner. Some of our suppliers will display a date of manufacture, while others may list a "Best by" or an expiration date. Some products have no date displayed at all. Often product dates are listed without explanation creating confusion as to their being production or expiration dates. We replenish our stock frequently, try diligently to monitor our inventory for freshness, and communicate with our suppliers to maintain knowledge of our products' shelf lives. Guarantee and Return Policy

At Sarlin Wellness Way, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase through our site, Sarlinway.com. If for any reason, you are unhappy with any product you have purchased from Sarlin Wellness Way, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling) or exchange. All products must be returned in factory sealed, unopened condition for a full refund. You are covered by this money back guarantee for a full 30 days from your date of purchase. You can place an order through our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! If you prefer not to order through our website, you can contact us either by phone or email to place an order. Our toll-free number is 877-276-8440, and our business office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM EST. For those customers who prefer to not place an order online or by phone, you can fax your order to 770-321-9345! Also, if you have any questions about our products, our programs, or weight and wellness issues, please feel free to contact us by phone or by email before placing an order! During the checkout stage of placing your order, you must select one of the following payment options: We currently accept payments from Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Money Orders. After your order is placed and processed, we make it a goal of ours to always provide customers with same day service. Although we strive to provide our customers with same day service, this is not always possible based on the time of day the order was placed, or sudden depletions of items in high demand. Orders placed before 4pm EST Monday through Friday will be ready for pick up by FedEx the same business day. Since we do not ship orders on the weekends, if you place an order on Friday (after 4PM EST), Saturday, or Sunday, your order will be processed and shipped out first thing the following Monday. If for any reason you receive your order and find that an error has occurred, or if you aren’t completely satisfied with the products, please contact us by phone or email, and we will fix the problem and make things right!

Sales Tax Policy

We currently charge state tax in our base state of operations, Georgia. A seven per cent (7%) tax will be applied to both purchases and shipping costs to orders shipped to addresses within the state of Georgia. This tax rate includes most Georgia county and municipality local option sales taxes.
